Jaw boxes for vertical and horizontal lathes
We produce and supply to the market KASTR RSVS universal jaw boxes for vertical lathes and also RSHS jaw boxes for horizontal lathes with a face plate. For these jaw boxes we produce hard and soft jaws or special jaws. Hard jaws are universal and they ensure reliable and strong clamping. The advantage of soft jaws is the possibility of milling the required form in the jaw body, which provides for accurate clamping on the surfaces already machined and smaller ovality when manufacturing thin rings. We produce the jaw boxes in many dimension series; of course, we are also able to produce other types of jaw boxes on the customer´ s request quickly and cheaply.

Multiple clamps for machining centers
Multiple clamps enable to clamp more parts and make a perfect use of the machine space. With hard teeth jaws they can reliably clamp a workpiece on as little as 3 mm. By means of soft jaws, in which any shape or recess can be milled, they enable to clamp even parts with a complicated shape, thus reducing costs of a newly started production, as they replace a one-shot fixture in many cases. Wedge clamping guarantees a high clamping force so that the clamp does well even at exacting milling applications.
